Our premium urethane dumbbell cores are chamfered, press fit and welded into a permanent solid steel construction. The cores are then encased in high grade odorless urethane. Grooves, anchors and a proprietary bonding agent permanently bond the urethane to the steel. A wear resistant matte textured surface keeps the dumbbells looking new for longer.
